Expensive glitchie headache

We enrolled after a free trial period. We paid for 4 months and every time my daughter tried to use the app the app would report that our membership was expired. So we could never use it, nor could we cancel.. Had to get help through apple support to cancel after 4 months of being charged and never able to use.
